The pace and difficulty is 100% determined by your abilities, because we believe your workouts should build you up, not break you down. By the end of your journey you will be stronger, smarter, and ready to take on the world.

Relearn Your Body

A thorough 90 minute assessment that covers your complete health and fitness background. We want to collect health data then check posture, balance, movement, and cardiovascular health, so that we can provide the best possible recommendations.

  • Onsight Assessment
  • Post Assessment email with results, exercise program, and resources

Semi-Private

More Autonomy, but still Private

Your training is personalized for your specific needs, and you share the space with up to 3 clients. Your trainer is there to make sure everyone is getting the most out of each session.

  • Semi-Private Training Sessions 1:4

2 Sessions per week $220 monthly
